Castle Swimming Pools continue to closely follow Government guidelines and will continue to provide regular updates on how 

COVID-19 will affect Customer Services.


As of, and from Monday 30th of March at 6pm we will have concluded wind down of all non-essential work.


All Castle Swimming Pools staff have been instructed to obey government instructions to stay at home.


As Castle Swimming Pools Office is beside the family home the office shall remain manned however the office will Not be open to the public.


Castle Swimming pool staff shall continue to provide technical support by telephone during normal business hours.


Castle Swimming Pools can still provide dispatch of chemicals for water treatment purposes, this shall be delivered by Courier service.


For customers using our remote monitoring service of pool Water Chemistry and Heating this service shall be continued to be provided.


For customers who avail of our weekly or fortnightly call out services for pool maintenance regrettably we can no longer provide this service for the next two weeks up until April 14, 2020.  A member of our technical team will contact customers to advise on what to do with your pool during this period.

Emergency call out services can be provided but only where all other avenues have been exhausted to resolve the issue, or if or unless there is a potential Health and Safety risk with regard to Water Chemistry or Electrical issues
